Supported by his assistant Kaylee, Franz built his practice from kitchen-table meetings to managing millions in multi-generational wealth—almost entirely through word-of-mouth. How a Word-of-Mouth Foundation Built a Trusted Practice

That’s probably the best way, honestly. A neighbor, a coworker, a family member says, “You should talk to Franz.” And when you do, you realize we’re not here to push products or talk down to you.

This all started small. Just me, a laptop, and a few clients who took a leap of faith. Meetings happened at kitchen tables. I’d prep statements at night, answer panicked calls when the markets dipped, and show up with a plan when no one else had one.

People usually come to us used to constantly worrying about the markets. But over time, our structured routine proves to them that everything is being looked after, freeing them to focus on the rest of their lives.

Things grew from there. First came the referrals. Then the second generation. Eventually, I was helping entire families navigate decisions that actually mattered. Today, we purposefully limit our practice to a select group of families to maintain our high-touch standard. Our new introductions? They still come almost entirely through word-of-mouth. That’s the part I’m proudest of.

Before this, I spent years in banking—learning how money moves, how systems work, and where clients were often let down. I trained across insurance and investing, and took the time to study strategies that help people keep more of what they’ve earned. Over the years, I’ve stepped in to help during delicate transitions—taking over neglected portfolios and applying our institutional-style framework to rebuild trust and restore growth. Today, we purposefully limit our practice to a select group of families, managing millions in multi-generational wealth to ensure we never compromise our proactive, three-times-a-year meeting rhythm.
